Exterior work has begun

You may have noticed that work on the exterior has begun. The guys have cleaned the stucco and are now starting to paint. With the holidays coming up there may not be any activity around your building. But don't be surprised if you happen to see one or two guys working on Friday or Monday because these guys love to paint.

The plan for painting the exterior is to start at the west side of the north wall and to progress to the south side of the north wall.

Unit Doors are changing colour

You should have received a notice on Friday notifying you of that the the unit doors are being painted this week. Each unit door will be painted over 2 days. Please ensure that you are home to allow access for the painters and security for your suite while the doors are open. With your cooperation, this process will be finished in no time.

Progress as of January 13th

We have removed the wallpaper from the third floor and have primed and completed the first coat of mud. Preparation has also begun on all the walls on this floor. We will be completing more sanding and mudding on the wall we removed the wallpaper from.

Today we will be removing wallpaper from the second and first floor. Once removed we will be priming then mudding these walls.

This mudding phase will be the slowest as we have to wait for the mud to dry for a day before we can sand and re-mud. Please bare with us as we get the walls to a finish that we can paint.

We will be posting the door schedule tomorrow.

Starting Monday April 4, 2011 at 8:00am

It is all about to start. We will be starting Monday, April 4 at 8:00AM. Jason Chapman and crew will be completing the work. Jason's crew is one of our best crews, so be assured we will have an excellent paint job. We will be working Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.

I am the Operations Manager and will be overseeing the work and be the main contact person. You can always call me on my cell at 604-727-8918 if you have immediate needs.

We will be starting with wallpaper removal on Monday. We will be completing all the interior work, and then we be painting the North and West sides of the exterior. I will be getting a schedule to you in the next couple of days.
